Project Overview
I was tasked with redesigning the Trailfinders newsletter, a high-volume publication with over a million copies printed every three months. The existing design and format had become outdated and no longer aligned with Trailfinders’ evolving brand identity, particularly as the company sought to engage a younger, more modern audience.
My goal was to create a fresh, visually engaging layout that balanced inspirational travel content with clear, structured information. This involved refining the typography, introducing a more dynamic grid system, and incorporating high-quality imagery to enhance the overall aesthetic. Additionally, I focused on improving readability and navigation, ensuring the newsletter felt both aspirational and accessible. By modernising the design, we successfully repositioned the newsletter as a more compelling marketing tool, reinforcing Trailfinders’ reputation as a leading travel provider while appealing to a new generation of travellers.
